Sources for email lists?

Can anyone share their sources for email lists? I know some of you will not read this and immediately reply with, "OMG! Build your own!". But I've already had a thread on that (earlier this week) and I've decided that I'm open to buying a list from a reputable broker. Right now, I only know of one, but I know there must be other good ones out there. Also, to be clear, I'm looking to buy the list outright, not just do a rental.

    Why dont you build a nice site would a good free offer and get people to opt in , I think is way better than getting a random list and trying to cold sell them to something.
