Hi,

I am wondering for those who buy internet software and marketing products regularly how important is help and support to you? I mean will you buy an excellent product with only email and a forum support?

    I don't usually care about support - as long as the product doesn't stop functioning I figure it's down to me to take action and put the information/tool to work for me - unless there's a problem with accessing it I don't look for any support.
