Telephone Help Desk Software
I'm looking for a software that would hopefully combine telephone and email help desk program.
In my buisness I bill for telephone and email consultaion. Just like a lawyer would.
What I need is that when someone calls into my 800# they can enter their account # that would show they have an account for phone consultation, it would let that call ring thru and then track the length of the call.
If they are not paid up for consult they should get transferred to a message saying their account is low and they need to add funds.
any ideas?
