Best place to outsource articles

please can you refer me to some sites that you use for
articles outsourcing. (no freelance sites)

    I know writers who charge as little as $10 to write an article, but you never know what you are going to get on the other side of the transaction... Then I know writers who charge $40 or $60 an article, and knock a lot of home runs...

    Of course, you can go to mturk and get articles for $2 each, but most of that content is stolen from somewhere else... Even on sites like elance, a lot of writers will try to sell you stolen content, so buyer beware...
