Should I or Shouldn't I? Screensavers...
I'm going over my portfolio of failed/stalled/successful business site startups and i'm now focusing on a site I created 2 years ago. I paid a flash designer to make some custom templates for me, bought an installer program and can now brand screensavers with urls/marketing slogans etc.
Admittedly, I didn't put a whole lot of thrust behind it when i launched so I can definitely ramp things up substantially there. Promotion is easy for me.
But this begs the question: is there a viable market to purchase brandable screensavers? Does this even sound like a good idea? I still personally rock a couple of these awesome screensavers today on several laptops
They're just cool to look at.
Maybe I'll redirect and see how well they can do on facebook..dunno..what say you?

note: please don't purchase anything. I'm just looking for discussion centered around the concept. Plus, there's nothing to download at this time as it's all hosted local on my dev computer.
