What was your reason to start up on internet marketing?

How long have you invested before you saw the light of profit?

My only reason for starting in internet marketing was to work for myslef and be free. I did not want to work for anyone else and if I did have to work for someone else for the rest of my life, I would feel like a real failure. I didn't want to feel that way for ever, so I made the decision that I will do what ever it takes to succeed.

Thank god I never quit and 4 years after struggling online, I finally started to make a full time income.

Today, I am a full time internet marketer and network marketer online.

It is the BEST feeling in the world and anyone can do it if you want it BAD enough.

I was depressed for years.

I worked a few mind-numbing jobs.

I have always wanted to work for myself, you will never get rich working for someone else.

I have always wanted to write books, make websites, design graphics.

Although i haven't sold any products yet, the more i learn about internet marketing the more it is for me. I am falling in love with it.

1. Make money online and quite my day job.
2. I spent about 12 - 14 months before I saw traffic and profits up to where I knew I could make it work on a fulltime basis.
Couple of tips:
- Make goals and be realistic
- Focus on one area and master it before you move on

I became interested in IM back in '02 when I purchased frank kerns and shawn caseys instant internet empires. The product was total bullshit and a complete waste of money(people forget that these guys are rich because they are fantastic bullshitters not because they make good products) but it opened my eyes to the possibilities.

The possibility of making lots of money while only working part time captivated me. Just about everything about IM is freaking amazing and it seems to get better all of the time.

  The freedom to be able to work from anywhere in the world.
  
  I'm originally from Canada and currently living at a Muay Thai camp in Thailand. Cost of living is so cheap here so I'm hoping to skip the whole 40 years of a 9-to-5 day job and go right from living at home with my parents to living and earning a living in paradise.
  
  Brazil next year? I certainly hope so ..
  
  Side Note .. I still have A LOT of work to do since my sales are nowhere near enough yet.
  I'm hoping to have 200 or so weight loss related articles up by new years (good timing, right?)

I am a member of animal protection society in my country (Latvia) and I have seen a lot in my life that has given my life a mission to help and protect those who can not do that themselves. Unfortunately it is not possible to do that with the wages in Latvia... So I saw that Internet Marketing is something that everyone from everywhere can do. Even if I am in Latvia, I can make as much money as the one who is in USA. There is no difference how young or old I am, where I am and so on.
Secondly, I love to travel and the freedom of working online and being able to visit my dream places is what makes me think that I have chosen the right way.
Third, I can be my own idea generator and work on any business I prefer- internet is only a way how to make it so much more easier than doing it offline.
And yes, of course, I want to be my own boss :-))
