Question on squeeze pages, first timer

Good morning!

This is my first foray into list building (about time!) and
I need some input on my strategy as I move forward. Any
constructive help would be appreciated!

I am building some squeeze pages for some keywords I found
(I am testing true squeeze pages as well as blog sgueezes
with article content on them with an inline opt-in form)
and wanted to know the following:

1. Should each squeeze page (each keyword is optimized for its
own page of course) reside on a separate domain or can/should
multiple keywords/pages be incorporated on one site?

2. Refering to #1, is it always preferable to have a keyword
be an exact match to the domain name (when possible) and hence
have only one keyword per site?

3. I may already know this answer but wanted to ask: Should I
build my squeeze pages on my personal domain (it is in the same
market) in its own category or do I risk hurting that domain
in case I get the slapola?

Thanks!

From my point of view, the keyword for the product for which the squeeze page is set up should be targeted and any other 2-3 related keywords in other to rank high in search engines. You might have your squeeze page separate from thr main site (using Frontpage to set up one might be a good option).

I will suggest having different squeeze page for different product you are offering which can be on the same domain name with each targeting particular keywords for the product or offer.

The most important thing is how to direct traffic to your squeeze page no matter where your squeeze page is located on the site. If what you are offering is of quality and inevitable to avoid, people will surely download as long as the opt-in form is available.
