Squeeze Page Split Test Crisis

I signed up for $100 Adwords coupon and want to use it to drive traffic to a squeeze page where I offer free squeeze page and sales page templates, but I am a bit nervous. I have heard horror stories of Adwords accounts getting banned for using squeeze pages that do not conform to Google's new "enhanced user experience" guidelines, meaning that there has to be more content and links to other pages than before which means tons of leaks on the page and probably lower opt-in rates.

I have two versions. One is a straight squeeze page with no other options other than the opt-in form which can be found here...

The other one I am hosting as a page on my actual blog and has all of the links on the top and side that any other page that the blog has which can be found here...

Should I risk using the straight "old school" squeeze page and risk getting banned or should I use the "new style" squeeze page that is full of leaks and risk blowing my Adwords money out of the leaks on the page?

Please help!
