autoresponder without double opt-in

hey, im getting into the offline business (following that cash cow thread) and will most likely deal with some businesses that have already a user database with email, or ways to capture emails offline.
so i will need an autoresponder service where i can enter emails manually...

what AR does that offeR?

      I don't think you will find any. Plus, if you do.......will they work as
      well as Aweber or Getresponse?

      Think of it as a starting over point. If they have a newsletter that they send
      out, have them notify their customers of a new online newsletter service.

      Just an idea?
