Hello Warriors,
I really need some of you kind warriors to share your wisdom and suggestions with a novice list builder.

I started building a my list roughly 2 months ago and it began very successfully I had about 200 subscribers and was consistently getting subscribers. I even ended up on the top of google thanks to warrior forum backlinks getting about 10 subscribers/day without any work at all.

However I've been neglecting my list due to my procrastination. Now I realize my list is DEAD! I get 18 opens and 0 clicks from 489 members. How can I fix this and how can I get my list active and opening my mails?

What's even worse is I made the mistake of removing my link from my sig for a short period of time and it dramatically dropped my ranking so now I'm getting barely any subscribes and my current subscribes aren't even responding to my free giveaways!

Please help!

Maybe if you send them a survey or something offering an awesome product for filling it out.

In this survey you could ask questions like:

What are you looking for in an internet biz?
How much do you have to spend on starting this biz?
    How much time?
    etc.

Also, you may have poor open rates due to the message ending up in the spam folder. If you use aweber it will tell you the spam rating and under 5 is okay. I've noticed most of my emails run in the 1.1-1.7 range mostly b/c I usually only use HTML messages (vs plain text) and this will raise your spam rating b/c you can 'hide' links or embed them in text. This is how those bank scams work. You know you've seen em "Update your Bank of America account now" and the link in the text say "BankofAmerica(dot)com" but when you place your mouse over it, the bar at the bottom will show a different url (usually something long and usual with "BankOf america" in there).

So test your emails to make sure they are actually getting them. I like to sign up to my own list and I set myself a few days ahead of the longest subscriber so I can tell where they the emails end up (spam or inbox folder). Usually the phrase "for free" and "free" in general will result in the message being delivered to spam folder. However, I've used free in context of subjects and been okay. Just test what works and build that relationship back up.

Make them feel loved and wanted.

Do they know the email is from you? give them a descriptive title. I always use something like.

[Article Dominance] Watch as I write a 6 minute Article (Video)

They know exactly what the are getting,

Don't sell to them in the next few emails you can always provide good content and If you want them to go to a video or something then add the sell to the end of the video or on the page the video is on.

Thanks for the suggestion, I always keep the same send from as Benjamin Ng. As for delivery rates I'm not too sure about it my spam count is usually around 1.3-2.5 according to imnicamail.

I'm afraid I might be on one of their servers which is landing in the spam box. Is there anyways I can check delivery rates?
