Got Banned from Tubemogul

Hi

I made some information videos based on articles I wrote for my website which sells affiliate products.

I did not mention affiliate products in the videos or link to them in signature or description.

Tubemogul has banned me saying I have violated their TOS.

You can pay a commercial or business membership fee, but is there any other way around this or anybody else had similar issues?

thanks
LR

"around this" and "violated their TOS" tells the whole story.

You can just keep creating new accounts, but otherwise they are well within their rights to ban you.

The way around it is to choose to use their service within the TOS, post videos manually, or to use a different product like VideoBot.

I agree, either pay to use Tubemogul and be within their TOS or use another service that provides the service you need without risk of violating the TOS.

        Thanks for your reply guys.

I am sorry I did not mean to use the wording 'around this' and I totally understand I violated their TOS, obviously all those recommending to use it for affiliate products are paying.

I also had the same issue. When I submitted my instructional videos many months ago, the fact that they included a pitch for my video made them commercial. However, at that time, I believe it was up to the individual services to accept or reject based on commercial content.

Last week I logged on to find that my account had been frozen due to TOS violation regarding commercial content. Seems they changed their terms (as they have the right).

I don't think Tubemogul likes Article-to-video converted videos...
because they kind of suck, usually.

Loren, remove the words 'kind of' and 'usually' and I completely agree with you...
