Has anyone ever had luck with traffic exchanges?

I been trying out traffic exchanges without much success so far. Has anyone found them useful , if so which ones and how do you tell the differance between a good one and bad ?

  • Had some success with them in 2005 using very simple squeeze pages. But that was 2005. since then I've learn far more effective ways of advertising online.

  • Don't waste your time with traffic exchange programs. For the most part, it's non-targeted, garbage traffic that doesn't convert, or converts poorly at best. You'd be much better served spending your time and energy trying to generate targeted traffic to your website using social media, article marketing, topical forums, and a variety of other more effective methods.

    • I must admit you do get some traffic BUT i personally think its waste of time.

      Most of them require you to click and view websites,which after a while become boring and quite tedious.
