Perhaps some have notice Bev has not been seen here in the forum for a while - its because she has been ill and in/out of hospital all summer.

I just spoke to Rob Clement in Wales and find Bev is back in the hospital again. They are not sure what the issues are but shes been in and out of hospital all summer . She had a CT scan this morning and they are awaiting the results as I type this.

I think a quick note to let her know we're thinking of her will help raise her spirits. She is hanging in there and has access to skype on her cell phone but not text messages.

  LOL Mike - yea I agree. I am glad they allow her the cell phone or maybe they don't know she has it .
  
  I did talk with Bev on Skype later in the day and while she sounded tired she was definitely hanging in there with as good spirits as possible. Lets all just hope there's good news soon - Rob is escorting Bev's mom to the hospital tomorrow for a visit and review of the tests.

Oooo Bev, I had hopes that test a couple weeks ago would give the answers. My thoughts and prayers are still with you and Rob.

Warriors - I had an email two weeks ago from Bev that said she was about 95% back to normal. I hope this isn't a really bad setback.

Good news folks - heard from Rob today and Bev is home from the hospital! 3.5 weeks there can take its toll on anyone. She still needs a battery of tests, but it looks like she's very happy to be home.

Rob is updating folks via an email post so please touch base with him or if you give me your information I'll pass it along.

I am not exactly "friends" with Bev, however having read several of her excellent threads and posts which have been true input to the forum I am wanting to express my best wishes in getting better and I hope Rob and Bev can fight through whatever it maybe together

I wondered what happened to Bev, I was subscribed to her newsletter then they suddenly stopped.

Didn't know about this, very sad indeed.

I'm sure she will fight hard even though the stats are against her.

I would be happy to make a donation if a facility is set up.
