    $5.97

    :p

It actually depends on a few things like...

The search volume of your keywords, if the site is currently making money, is it a scalable business model, how much time is involved in managing the site, etc etc

That depends on a lot of factors mling... how much content is there... is the url keyword-rich... commerciality of those keywords... how much money is the site generating...

Not possible to appraise it without more information.

    But congrats for your ranking!

the us local search for the keyword is 4,400 and the global search is 12,100. there are a few pages of content and i've already done SEO and social bookmarking. There are also traffic coming in.

How many traffic are you getting from search engines? How much money are you making with it?

Just because you're in the 1st page of Google it doesn't mean that your site is worth more than just a couple bucks. The traffic and revenue are the really important things.

    It depends on the market.

If its relatyed to a service provider, then find out what the average fee is for their services then times that by the amount of searches per month then divide it by 2 and you will get a rough idea of the earning potential for such a ranking.

If its not service related, look at what the average cost per click is in adwords and work it out that way.

Other ways of deciding value is to work out the monthly eanrings are and times by 4 or 6.
