How should I spend $1000?

Hi guys, im a busy professional and would like to create passive income using the internet. How ever I dont personally have the time of the knowledge to go about setting up websites/blogs, keyword research, searching for niche markets, while I understand the concepts I dont have time to actually do it.

I like the idea of outsourcing everything and want a turnkey solution. I would like to do a trial run on e-lance outsourcing everything to either one company or different stages of the process. What are your thoughts on this?

Further what kind of site would you recommend, simply affiliate marketing, launching a product. bearing in mind that I want this to be turnkey and just evalute performance from a high level?

thanks for any advice given.

We'll you can buy turnkey sites from the marketplace. Although, after doing all that you would still need to work on driving traffic to your sites.

The setting up websites/blogs, keyword research, searching for niche markets you can learn and it's fairly simple. It doesn't take a whole lot of time for you to do it.

I believe, in outsourcing. You can't do it all alone at times, because we are limited to only 24 hours per day. Another helper is another set of hours per day. If you want to pick my brain feel free to PM me. I'll be more then happy to help.

It all depends on what you plan on accomplishing to determine what kind of website you would launch. Good luck

If you are looking for something you can create and never touch again I would suggest looking into acquiring adsense sites from flippa. Instead of paying someone to create one for you, why not buy an established evergreen site and scale the traffic?

Passive, Easy, if you have the startup capital.

The only thing you would have to do is monitor traffic and SERP rankings. Link building and and traffic generation can be outsourced very cheaply.

By the looks of things your not a war room member, so I would take a tiny chunk and invest in becoming one
Then learn the arts of listbuilding and getting traffic, because what ever you do, you will need them factors in any area of your business, everyone says that starting affiliate marketing is the "easiest" way to get started, I would say different and maybe set up a micro-continuity program. Low cost and low risk + residual income

Hey guys thanks for the reply, buying a website and then outsourcing the SEO could work, also what is micro continuity? I cant send PM's as my post count is below 50.

Basically I have around a $1000.00 a month till the end of the year extra and I would like to use it to produce passive income. I dont have the time to do it personally so I would like to outsource it all.

$1,000 can go VERY quickly in the internet marketing world and you may see little return if not done correctly.

You need to decide on a few things before spending money:

    1. What market are you going to enter

    2. What product/s will you offer

    3. How will you enter the market

Personally, I think a good option would be to decide on a market and outsource the following: keyword research, Wordpress site creation, articles and then spend the remainder on marketing

A Wordpress site, Domain, Hosting & Article Creation costs very little. This would leave you with a good chunk for promotion.

Once the site is built and articles have been added you should put an opt in form and product offers on the site.

Then outsource a newsletter creation and add affiliate offers to the emails.

Once you begin to see a return from the site higher someone full or part time to write more articles, build links and then create more sites.

Don´t get burned and spend all your money at once and then be left with nothing. It can happen

If you have any questions please feel free to ask.

    Good Luck!

      Thanks epic performance, great reply.

My problem is that I dont know:

      1) what market to enter

      2) what products to offer

      3) how to enter the market

I had a look at flippa.com but I would not know what site to buy and invest in. and if these are good sites why are the people selling them?

I understand the concept of finding a niche doing keyword research and then building a blog around this keyword and then using various traffic methods like article marketing and back links to rank in google. But that is the bare basics

The short answer is, since they know how to create a profitable web site, maybe they want to sell it for 5-6 times earnings and do it all over again and therefore maximize the money. Instead of keep tweaking the same site forever, which can also become quite boring.

Browsing the completed site sales may also give you clues as to why people are selling and why others are buying. There are a multitude of reasons, and a lot of opportunity to go around. Just like in, say, real estate.

I agree with Ben - buy a site that is already making money (do your due diligence because you can easily get ripped off so make sure the seller is reputable) You can buy them at Flippa or right here - Complete Web Sites For Sale!

Join the war room and start your education in IM. You can outsource all the work to build your website(s) into big passive income but you need to know what to outsource and how to make sure you are spending your money wisely first.

As you got no time to learn IM and have money to burn, have a look at the website - "income annex (dot) com" and watch the full video. It's a "hands free" option which is what you looking for. I'm not affiliated to this site.

      Hi,

I am in a similar situation than saviouronline. I have a decent 9-5 job that offers me enough money to fund my online marketing venture. However I don't have the time to devote to my internet business start-up.

I had thought about outsourcing all, piece by piece, of the process such as keyword research, blog creation, article marketing, backlinking, etc, but as Wendz09 mentioned Income Annex are there any other companies or warriors that offer a complete service that covers effectivley all the processes of Internet Marketing so the end result is/are blog/blogs that are passively producing income? Can we create a list of those so any newbie or busy professional can rely on?

      Cheers!

outsourcing would be the best option...

there are many marketers who dont like writing articles, blogs, and learing all the technical stuff...

you can outsource all the stuff, and start making money...

    1) get a nice capture page created...

2)get a virtual assistant to work 20 hours a week, (its cheap for only $80 a month) and get him or her to write a couple of articles a day for you, driving them to your site...

3)you can also do a few youtube videos when you got time to do them, if you can do 1 every 2 weeks thats good, to drive traffic

    4) you can invest the money to create your own product, depending on what niche you are in, you can actually get guru status in the IM niche, by just creating your own product..

the choice is yours, just make a wise investment

      Hi,

@OP: You mentioned that you are busy with your normal business. IMHO that wouldn't speak itself for your own VA. Why? Because they need training and you have to hold their hands for at least a couple of weeks.
IF you want to go the outsource route, you might have a look in the "for hire" section here on WF. There are some good companies available, that can do what you are looking for. The difference is that THEY provide the training and that you'll have a project manager, that takes care of your stuff and staff.

But as mentioned above, you'd better know what you expect from them. IM isn't, as any business, about spending some money and then get rich. If you don't know how to specify the expected output, you are more likely to loose your investment.

As said, take the plunge, get a membership for the Warrom and get your feed wet. Their is a great webinar replay available, that might be interesting for you:
      http://d1y9lhxerm4y6v.cloudfront.net/OCBwebinar/OCBwebinar.html

It mentions a pretty cool way to get you team up and running without wasting your time. But as said, there are pitfalls related to outsourcing.
BTW: On my computer the webinar ends at about an hour or so! No idea if that is a problem with my connection, my computer or with my IP address, but the first 60 pages are full of golden nuggets. Not quite sure if it is still available while you are reading this, so better watch it now.

      Cheers

Income Annex is a CON. I don't care how much money you have, don't buy it. Income Annex is a rubbish system. Mark's sales pitch is brilliant, but the system is bull. I've had it for 6 months and made ZERO money.

Why don't you invest the money into stocks that pay a high dividend, I mean 4.5% a year isn't massive on $12,000 invested but you should get around $540 a year and you'll also be increasing your net worth.

If you can invest $1,000 a month and also compound the interest then you should be sitting on a nice retirement nest egg.

Create your own product...make it a sweet price point ($97-$197) and then partner with people and sell it.
Invest in tools that will allow you do that:
    - setup site
    - create product
    - skype video recording capabilities
    - screen capture software
    - webinar software
That's what I'd start with...but...everyone figures out their own ways to create cash streams online. It's really a matter of your personal preference.
I'd rather pursue niches and topics I'm passionate about that write articles all day on dog training. Others love typing 300 word articles and ranking them. Everyone has different likes/dislikes and once you figure those out...it can give you great insights as to which direction to go.
