Multiple Squeeze Page But One List?

Hi all,

I was using ARP3 which enabled me to have multiple squeeze pages, confirm and download pages, but I could also move all subscriptions into one main list, rather than having lots of little ones. So even if subscribers had received a 20-part ecourse about Adsense, they'd all end up on my main list eventually.

I'm now using Aweber, and am wondering how to do this (I don't think I can). Would an alternative be to use different squeeze pages, give them the requested download on the thank you page, where I can also say 'Please confirm and you'll also get x,y and z reports'. They then confirm (hopefully) and end up on my main list.

Are there any better/easier ways to do this?

Thanks in advance,

Lorna

AWeber's automation functions will allow you to subscribe people to multiple lists on sign up. So have a main list, and then a separate list for each lead capture page.

      Brilliant - thanks for that.

Do they have to confirm twice - once for each list, or just once?

What I do when using multiple squeeze pages for one list:

    create the list
create multiple optin forms for it so that I can track where did they signed up (see advanced settings)
after hitting the subscribe button they are all directed to the same thankyou page - telling them to check their inbox for the confirmation mail
the confirmation page is the same for all

In this way I can track where did they signed up, which optin form worked better, visitors to the different squeeze pages, conversion rates for the squeeze page and optin form...

      Thanks for that HTH!

Stupid question - if I've got 2 different squeeze pages, giving away 2 different reports, do I just put the downloads on the one confirmed page? If I've got a lot of squeeze pages and reports to give away, it'll end up a very big page.

I think I may have got hold of the wrong end of the stick!

Normally I create one single list, and those who opt-in twice, get a message saying that they are already subscribed.

    1. HTH = Hope This Helps (my name is what is my user name )

    2. What I described above was muliple squeeze pages for the same report - sorry for not clarifying it)

    3. For different reports I'd go with separate setups... unless you want them subscribed for one and giving away other reports, too

      Sincere apologies Istvan,

Hadn't come across HTH before - thought it was you initials! My fault!

Still not quite what I'm looking for though - if I use the dual signup as suggested earlier, would the subscriber have to confirm twice or just once?

      Thanks again,

      Lorna
