Brand Names -Affiliate Marketing Question

I have an idea to start an affiliate site because I have found a bunch of great keywords that have exact match domains in com net and org...

The product has a fairly high commission.

But the keywords are based around a brand name.

Example: (this is not the niche)

"____________ tinted glass patio enclosures"

Insert brand name where the blank is.

Let's say I register__________tintedglasspatioenclosures.com

Can I do this?

    The high commission for your affiliate product might not be the case unless the product is demanded. If so, you need to market and target the right audience too.

    I wonder how you going to market it if it is not a niche. Tint glass product sell better offline market. I don't think that you will benefit it online. What are you offering there? Info product? Is it something you like too?

    I think it will be hard for you to profit from this type of affiliate.

      If you want to promote an Amazon product, make sure that the domain name you use to promote it does not have the brand name in it, as Amazon does not allow this... I've actually clarified with them regarding this and this was what I was advised...

      As for other merchants (besides Amazon), I'm not too sure - What I would advise is that you double check with them regarding this (on whether you can create a site with a domain name containing the brand of product you are intending to promote).

    Companies guard their brand names and reputation quite jealously. It doesn't matter if you're selling products for them; they don't want you using their name as a domain name.

    There are Warriors here who can tell you about "Cease and Desist" letters they received for doing that sort of thing.

    The safe thing is to NOT use a brand name or company name in your domain.
