Introducing a new program - looking for insight

Hello, I have recently rolled out a new affiliate program in the growing skin care industry. I set it up the way that I would prefer it to be if I were a marketing affiliate, but I am also aware that everyone has different budgeting constraits, preferences, etc. I would like to get some imput from you all and let me know your thoughts.

    initial payout is $50. you should find a link to FAQ's on your control panel that will explain it. payments are made on the 1st and 15th.
