BETA affiliates NEEDED !

Ive almost finished building a new web 2.0 site

Its user content driven. So the site would really benefit with a big kick start.

Clearly affiliates will be interested. As im allowing the use of links. All links.

Im just not sure how to open the doors to them.

I made a joint venture offer in the JV forum, and all i got was a few PMs. But nothing concrete.

Anyone got any ideas?

        Well, its a spot not unlike HubPages, Squidoo, Youtube, Twitter, Yelp, LinkedIn, Digg and others with its own spin of course

        But the really cool thing is that affiliates can genuinely use the site to help themselves and others. While at the same time pasting their links.

        Because its a content sharing and uploadig site im targeting affiliates first. Because i know affiliates already have content and they are generally very eager to share that content with others. So like the article sites on the net im kind of flagging the site as an affiliate User Friendly site (as long as their content is legit and ethical).

        I know of some affiliate forums, but i dont have any experience with them. And ive done a search for any major affiliate functions or gatherings in Melbourne this year and there are none. None i can find.

        Would be really sweet if you guys could share some ideas with me.

      Its a membership site. Monetization is via Ad's only. There is no selling of anything on the site. Yeh, think of facebook i guess, only its not really a social networking site.

      If anyone is interested in BETA testing for me id really appreciate it. I need some reliable people to run through the site and help me pin point some bugs and errors before i properly promote it.

      After this fase of Beta testing ill probably pay for some ads on THIS site just to get some affiliates and regulars to upload content. Then once i have some sweet content ill release to the public.

      My main problem at the moment is funding. Ive kind of run out of capital for the project so everything like big fixes, apps, functions etc. Im trying to get friends and comrades to help out with.
