PLR, Master Resale, Master Resell Confusion
Has anyone ever experienced buying a PLR product, or a master resell rights product or any product for that matter thinking that you were allowed to grant master resell or resale rights or even private label rights and then realize later on that the license didn't allow you to do this?
What happens in a situation where you originally thought you had master resell rights or private label rights and then realize after you granted these rights to your customers that you didn't, in fact, have these rights in the first place?
The reason why I'm asking is because I am experimenting with PLR products but I am starting to see the same products being offered by different suppliers and it looks like some are granting master resell or resale rights, private label rights, etc. but others are only reselling them (or perhaps that's what they want to do -- just sell them without granting master rights).
Any ideas?
