With multiple domains you end up having multiple contact email addresses.

Gmail Business Premium seems to be the perfect solution but it costs 40 USD / year / user. As this allows to manage multiple domain names.

One option is to have multiple Gmail Business Standard accounts , is that too much hassle to manage ?

  • Just set them all to auto forward to the one that you use most, then set up filters so each goes into its own file. Takes less than 30 minutes, its free, and you only have to check one place :-)

    • You can do it with a regular gmail account. I do it myself but you are only allowed a maximum of 5 add on email addresses
    • Exactly. Hotmail also gives you the option to integrate your other emails into their account, but it does more or less the same thing. The only difference is it allows you to also reply to the email, but it also exposes the Hotmail email so is no good if you don't want people having access to both email addresses...

  • it is actually supported within GMAIL including alternate reply address.

Boy I love GMAIL and most things google.
  • Another way to do it is pyut your most used ones into gmail then set up a help desk for the rest.

  • I just set different folders in Outlook Express.
  • I use gmail. It also allows you to set the return address. People have mentioned there is an upper limit of 5 though personally I don't use that many

If you want an application as opposed to a web interface it is very easy in something like outlook or thunderbird
