Yeah ... spend $37 on War Room access and then put your wallet away until you have a good idea on what you would like to do online.

Sure. Save your money for hosting and domain names.

There is more than enough free information on this forum to get you started. Just keep reading topics until you find something that you are interested in. Then do a search for that specific topic.

There is plenty of information on this forum to not only get you started, but to help you set up an income that will sustain you.

Don't buy anything until you know what you want to do. I recommend reading quite a bit until you have distinguished several business models that seem interesting to you. Pick one of those models to start with and focus on that. Do your research and buy a domain name and get yourself hosting and an autoresponder service.

Once you've made up your mind on what to focus on, then if you need to buy something, make sure it's a highly recommended product that is focused on your chosen business model. Don't even look at other stuff until you've mastered this one and are actually making some money from it.

Thank you very much for the advices, will highly consider war room membership. The tons of information here is overloading my capacity....In the meantime I am reading a lot and its quite diificult to stay focus as everything is new to me.

If i have a niche in mind, got a domain and host it already. what is the next best step to take. Should i buy a PLR website, learn to build traffic along the way as i have no other ideas at the moment. This niche that i have is more on hobby to familiar myself with IM. Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated!

Also I have a few niche keyword, searches against competitions are minimum on a 10:1 ratio. However upon checking with clickbank than I realise there isnt much product for that niche. what should i do??

very much decided on war room membership.. thanks all gurus!

I would agree with all of the posters above - especially Imon32red: Before throwing away your $100 on a handful of flashy-looking WSOs (or even War Room membership just yet), try the following.

    (1) Set aside a few dollars to pay for a hosting package ($5 to $8 per month).

    (2) Register a good domain name (around $9 for a .com) based around whatever niche appeals to you (preferably one which you have some knowledge of, or would enjoy researching: anything from dieting to reindeer farming). I'd recommend Namecheap at the moment, as they offer free 'Privacy' (which means your name and address aren't on public view to anyone who knows how to use the 'Whois' site.)

    (3) Install Wordpress and learn how to use it to set up a simple blog (free to set up, and you're in the perfect place to learn & ask questions about Wordpress).

    (4) Start populating your Wordpress blog with regular posts and begin to drive traffic to it by submitting short, punchy articles to article directories such as EzineArticles (with your Blog link at the bottom).

    (5) Sign up with Clickbank and find a couple of products related to your niche which you can promote via your blog.

There is no guarantee that this will necessarily make you wealthy, BUT the beauty of it is that if you spend the next couple of weeks doing this, you will still have at least $80 of your original $100 available to spend on WSOs (or War Room membership), and you will have learned some valuable skills which you can use to your advantage.

You will also have a much better perspective when assessing the worth of whichever WSOs might grab your attention on here in the meantime.

You could even sidestep the whole issue of setting up a domain and hosting by starting off with a totally free Blogger account, but in the longer run you might find it a bit more restrictive. It would still be a superb place to learn though, and ideal if you're wanting to try your hand at a few different niches before committing yourself.

    Hope this helps...

If you're going to do anything here.. Join the War Room, then get a domain/hosting and take action on one of the free methods in the War Room. You could do the same with the WSO forum (buying one), but you have more selection of FREE e-books and stuff in the War Room. Take Action! Action!

I can tell you this much... If you take-action, you will succeed.

As others mentioned, join the war room. There are many high quality information products given away free there. You could instantly download literally hundreds of dollars of products as soon as you join. Everything you need to get started making money online can be found in the War Room, and in the other free threads on the forum.

You will need a domain name and hosting.

The first thing to do is pick a niche.

What are you passionate about and what are people buying?

Don't get into boomerangs! Pick a niche that sells solutions to people who are actively looking for answers to their problems.

You can start by looking at what is already selling since that is usually market research done for you. You can go to ClickBank and search by gravity or popularity to see what people are actually buying.

Second thing is to get an auto responder and put up a squeeze page.

Start collecting leads by giving away a free report. Upload the HTML and get it all set up.

    Start driving traffic.

Articles are typically where many people start. Write a whole ton of em and put them to your squeeze page.

If you want a video walking you through how to do this go ahead and send me a PM and I will send you the download link.

I'm a newbie too fort21. Just joined recently and lost $90 following the so called 'gurus' programs out there. 'It's a jungle out there' ......T.V serial MONK.

But luckily I kept $10 as reserves and spent it on beer. I had a smile on my face that night.

I feel that I am going to explode with the information overload from the 300 emails I get each day in my inbox. You see I can't help but to open them and end up joining their get rich scheme, but next day reality sinks in.

Why don't we join forces and resources? If a group of us work together on a project, do you think that would work?

      hi Ross,

I would love to, but not at this moment because there is too many things that are alien to me including setting up a WP site, articles submission, installing and knowing the plugins. I would likefocus on learning at thios stage so that I will be able to contribute positively to this forum.

      Cheers!

I would spend the next month working with a few free methods like article marketing and what not. This will give you a better understanding of what is going on in the internet marketing world and, then once you find something that works for you it is time to spend some money.

Take that $37, invest into the War Room. Then save the $63 and learn more about IM before you get wrapped up in WSO's. For every good one, there's at least 10 crappy ones.

I'm not exactly a knowledgable one in IM, but suggesting him to build a site, buy hosting, and all of that other stuff is overkill because there's MUCH more to it than that.

Making money is basically a combination of do things. Having a great offer and driving targeted traffic to the offer. Get a good offer by buying resale rights or PLR rights. Try Free methods on the War Room and do things you can do it yourself like Videos, Articles etc.

It takes one sale to know that Internet Marketing works and then its just a matter of scaling it up.

        thanks Acme,

I decided that I will not spend money on anything else other than those necessary to set up a site till I gain more inslight to IM. I sign up War Room without much hesitation mainly of the huge endorsement by many gurus and also as a way of giving back to this forum since I am new and I can't contribute anyting and had been benefiting from here. I will definitely check out the book, once again thanks n cheerio!
