Is there anything like an "ethical" and good email bulk service?

Say, i'd want to purchase a service for sending out "bulk email" to 10.000 targeted customers. (NOT my own list!)
So..every email service would say they are dependable and their emails are double-opt-in..and the usual.
I really need a service where i can be pretty sure that my site(s) wont get shut down due to complaints.

Another idea i had was maybe to make a "ghost" site with the same content...where it wouldn't matter if something goes odd instead of risking any of my main sites in an email campaign?

Anyone have experience with this?

    Buy advertising space in ezines.

Don't use safelists (people are there to SEND their ads not to READ other people's ads) or services where you're told that your ad is distributed to "x" millions of subscribers while you're not told these people to what are subscribed (if they're subscribed! ).

There is no such service. Any bulk emailing service will be shady.

And if you get enough complaints, any links or domains associated within the email itself will be impacted (aka blacklisted).

If your really insist on doing this (i don't), you will need a throw-away domain/email address.

I'll tell you right now...a list of 10k is nothing and you'll probably get 3000 opens and 100 clicks tops. I highly doubt any will convert. And this is assuming your list is extremely clean. Bottom line: not worth the trouble. Spend your resources elsewhere (video anyone?).
