Teaching newbies the tools of the trade.
Hello all.
I am working on an information product that will educate newbies (and maybe some non-newbies) about the tools of the trade of IM. It will be an ebook and video product and perhaps even a print version of the book. I am planning a section on the following:
What do you guys think or the other tools of the trade that the newcomer to IM would or should need to know about? It could be software or a website or a common task.

- Website hosting
- Wordpress
