Need help! How to upload ebook to website

I have an ebook that I want to upload to my domain and sell it on Flippa.com.

I outsourced pretty much everything for $200, so I now have my own ebook, domain, sales letter with graphics.

What is my next step?

How do I upload my site to the net?

How do I keep the ebook contents secure?

Do I upload the Sales Letter first?

If you are selling on flippa, all you need to do is make sure all the components are complete and ready for inspection, if asked by a potential buyer.

There is no need to upload the eBook itself to the web.

Make sure you have the pages hosted, so they are viewable. That
is all you need to do for now.

You can use ftp to upload to your domain. But if that's a parked domain you might need to have the hosting space reserve for you.

In your download page, put in the noindex, nofollow meta tag.

You can upload everything together since you mentioned its already done. Use ftp to upload to your "public_html", "htdocs" or the folder where your domain's folder is, the folder depends on your hosting.

ftp is a method, download filezila (the software) to perform the ftp (action). the login should be provided to you by your web hosting company.

if you want, I can do it for you for free - just PM me - all the best.

You can use this FTP client -
    deskshare.com/ftp-client.aspx

to upload your files. You should be uploading to the root folder. I think in Flippa - it is just the root folder, there are no domain folders.

Look at this link for more info on how to FTP:

  • Chantal is right.
Just list EVERYTHING in your flippa listing.

The buyer will help you on the transfer.
    Done it several times.
