Can I Ask A Stupid Question?

I am not new to internet marketing, but this will be a first for me. I have only previously been an affiliate marketer through Clickbank, ebay, and amazon. Now I am venturing into selling my own products from my websites.
I have bought master resale rights to two products that I am going to bundle into one product. One is an ebook and the other is a series of videos.
I am going to use ejunkie as my delivery system They say resellers can upload their products in any form.
My question is concerning mainly the videos I am including as part of the package. When I bought them and downloaded them (it is a huge file) it took a long time. The zip files include a pdf about master resale rights and also a file for the original website itself. I am not going to use the website. I will build my own centered around my keywords.
Do I have to upload the amended files in a zip format, minus the pdf about master resale rights and the sales page? Or can I unzip them and create a new FOLDER and upload just the folder to ejunkie? If I do it this way will the buyers be able to just click on the videos and play them since I have already unzipped them?
Sorry if anything is unclear, but like I said I have never sold my own products before, and want to make the customer's download and viewing as simple and easy as possible.
