What is the best way to build a list

For a quick fix, I just learned about viralurl.com

For $200 a year, you can send out emails to 3000 random members of their service, every three days I think it is. I haven't tried it yet, but I am definitely going to give it a go.

Their website is absolutely hopeless, I tried to buy their service yesterday but failed, and am now waiting for the help desk to tell me how to do it. (But maybe that's just me.)

1) No best way other then getting your form out there in all the places you can that means blog, squeeze page,landing page, your main site, facebook fan page, slide up ad on other sites etc.

2) Any and all

3) Your first subscriber You should have about 3 weeks to 2 months of an auto responder series set up that introduces yourself or your product and provides value the first 2 emails should not be selling anything other then what they joined your list for. Provide value let them get to know you a bit

4) JV's if you can with your site will be the fastest way to get buyers from someone elses list to yours

I have a Filipino fellow doing it for me, at a great price, because I know nothing about Wordpress and he does. No, I can't give you his contact details, because then that would make my job arrive slower than it is now.

The best way is to start ASAP.
A landing page is simply the place that you want visitors to "land" when they hit your site. So... use your squeeze page as a landing page.

I have my lists set up to monetize immediately with back end offers hidden in great content.

Obviously, you want to provide them with what they're looking for, and what you've promised, but monetize ASAP.

Note that I didn't say to hard sell them and send out a bunch of spammy offers...

I think you already asked that... but:

Send traffic to a squeeze page, collect prospect info, email them.

Traffic could be from a variety of places.

Collecting their info generally requires some sort of freebie, so you might want to come up with something with a high perceived value to trade them for their contact info.


Email them - set up autoresponses that follow up with them, make sure that these are general/universal to your niche, and evergreen. Also use broadcast messages to send out current event type emails (launches, promotions, etc.).

A) Start building a list straight away.

B) Both, but I would start out with a squeeze page until you create a product.

C) Quality of your emails sells. Create great advice in your email and link to related products.

D) Traffic to a squeeze page with a great offer.

one method I used in the past to build my list was from giving other marketers 100% profits on a $7 eBook report I wrote which pointed them back to my squeeze page. This actually works with any market and any niche. Also with this process you will need to contact other site owners with in your market and give them an email with the info. One of the ways I do this is below::

As you can see this is a win win situation for both parties at hand. If you pitch them something as simple as that 9 times out of ten they will take you up on that offer. You will need a tool to convert the links for the ones who take you up on the offer. Its been so long but i think the site is called 7dollartools.com and you need the paypal script tool. I am not certain if that is the site though but if you do a search for 7 dollar pay pal tool the site should come up at the top.
