A few months ago I wrote a bunch of articles and posted them to ezinearticles.com because it seemed that no matter what you typed into Google, you got results from their site.

I have written any articles in a while, but just now, for fun, went to Google and typed in ten, count 'em TEN, different niche phrases, and got not ONE result from EZA.

Is Google loving another article site now? Do things change THIS fast on the web? Should I even bother putting up blogs anymore, or has Google abandoned them, too?

LOL. This answer is a bit concise and laconic but true. I vote for SEO too.

The Google index is forever changing and if you stand still things will change

this is one of the issues when depending on one main source for your traffic

in order to maintain the listings they need to have supporting links

go into your articles and find their rss feeds ping them, bookmark them and anything else you can do to get attention to those articles, they may resurface again

a quick pop to the top is normal but with nothing behind them

    well you saw what happens
