Whai is the best way to really get a quality lead?

It is easier to get lead from various sources such as funnelling marketing, opt-in page, forum, group, email marketing, social media, video sharing and so on but when come to selling even you have 10K leads the buying power is gone! What goes wrong here! Even when you patiently doing soft sales techniques in your email marketing the successful rate is still not to my expectation. What when wrong? Or can we start the sharing so that a newbie like me can start with a proper step & guide. Thank you..

If you create an opt in page and get most of your traffic to it from articles and forums, then I think that it does not matter. As long as you target the right market, your main goal is to get as many people to subscribe to your newsletter as possible.

The one thing that I do not recommend you do is to BUY leads. This is not the best way to go because when you buy leads, you really share them with other people. So don't buy them ever.

Hello fellow singaporean. For me, i just do hardsell with my list. Yes most of them unsubscribe but only after purchasing something. Not to worry, i keep working to get more opt-ins and it kinds of balance out. My is in IM niche.

However such tactic is not recommended in less competitive niches.

WSO: I PROMISE/GUARANTEE you that this will be the LAST WSO you will ever need to purchase!

Here's the thing. The above may seem too good to be true but all I can say is there isn't even 1% hype or BS in the above sentence. This WILL BE YOUR LAST WSO to purchase.

It's not exactly my idea of "building a stable business", if you'll excuse the observation. More a "fast money, hit and run", perhaps.

In my opinion, the warmest and most targeted leads come from organic search engine results that are immediately double opted in via a tempting free offer and then kept warm through constant (not overwhelming) contact while providing consistent quality every time they are contacted.

I feel that any list that is purchased is immediately cold. In the world of internet marketing, you cannot "buy a list" they have to be grown to be warm.

Are you sure the problem is in your lead source? If you are getting leads from that many different sources, some of them should be good.

If you are making some sales, which lead source is providing those buyers? Is it the source, or is there something you are doing with them that you are doing differently with leads from other sources?

How much testing have you put into your sales process? Even the best quality leads are worthless if the sales process won't convert them into buyers...

I find that a good lead comes via my tips of the week opt in box.

If you display a professional website with relatable and intelligent information on your site, and keep your list warm with similar information and offers you will attract more like minded people, and create longevity in your business.

I'm curious about your lead funnel, because the problem is probably a case of mixed messages.

If you are creating an expectation of constant free content and information, or happen to be even slightly varying in your message to entice them to sign-up compared to the offers you send them, you will strike out.

Example: You get them to sign up for a list with the promise of a free Ebook on "Women: You Can Lose 20 Pounds in Two Weeks" and follow through with a good quality report. You then you send them a new email with an offer for Tom Venuto's "Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle" .

While the book is great and does it exactly what is promised, and will work for women, it is not going to appeal to most women because it is from a bodybuilding perspective, by a male bodybuilder.

Staying on a targeted message from list building, to email content, to email sales campaigns is required if you want your list to perform.

A list is only as good as the ability to target it precisely with what they want.

If your list is generic in any way you will be much better trying to send them CPA offers which surround the "market" since they normally involve no cost and only require them to fill out some basic information.
