Best way to set up Aweber?

I've been blogging for two years but was never serious about marketing, so now I'm here trying to get tips from people with some experience.
Anyway, I plan to start a newsletter soon, but I'm not sure if I should keep my RSS feed separate from my newsletter.
I just finished an ebook that I plan to give away in return for a visitors name and email address, but I don't know if the RSS subscription should be connected to the newsletter.
Should I have two separate "boxes" for this?
Or combine the two into one "box."
A say box, but it's the area where the image of the book would appear along with an opt in form.
I plan to use aweber for the newsletter.
