My little black "idea book" paid dividends yet again

I'm certain that I've mentioned here my little idea book I carry with me everywhere I go, just in case I encounter a great marketing program, see something that catches my eye, or if I should have a eureka moment while driving in the car or while traveling to teach a seminar.

Well, this past week I was flipping through my idea book, page by page, and happened to land on something I jotted there about 4-5 months ago. Immediately I took that little idea and applied it to one of my under-performing properties, and as of today I've managed to nearly double my average daily conversion rate.

If you're not carrying around a little pocket-sized book and pen or pencil to jot down ideas that strike at unexpected moments, then you may be missing out on your own opportunity...

    I've got one, too, although I'm not as diligent as keeping it with me as I should. I'm still waiting for that serindipity moment when I find the "answer" scribbled on a page from months ago, but it sure has kept me from forgetting things.

    I cant believe i am not doing this already!

    When i used to make music, i used to carry a black book incase i came up with any super lyrics or good ideas while i was out and about like on the bus or something... and it worked, some of my best ideas came from that book.

    I cant believe im not already appling this to IM.
