Changing my paypal header from my name to a banner

Hi Warriors -

I have looked high and low on Paypal's website and cannot find how to change my header on the page where people log in to make a purchase to a banner.

I have seen a banner out there where it says something to the effect of "Please click 'return to merchant' after your purchase. I also need to purchase/get ahold of that banner, too.

Can someone point me in the right direction for these two things?

Thanks,
Tim

Don't have the answer you need, but they are super responsive by phone. Try giving them a call: (888) 221-1161. ( I had to call about three times today, myself). Good luck,

No need to phone for that - leave the phone support for IMPORTANT things.

Login > Profile: under Selling Preferences > Custom Payment pages.

You can create there as many pages as you want. Click the "Learn more..." link to find out how to add your custom header image.

And when you create a "buy now" button you can define which payment page to use with it!

Thanks Istvan, I've been trying to find out how to do this for weeks. I called customer support, but they were absolutely no help! Thanks again!

Also, make sure you have the "business" account since the custom payment pages is not available for "premier" or "personal" accounts.

Maybe not for personal. For premier they are.

PayPal.com -> Profile -> Custom Payment Pages -> Page Style tab -> Add

And the trial and error begins...

I recommend that you host your image on a secure server. I use PushPic.com.

        Hope this helps.

Thanks for the clarification. Too bad for me as just last week I changed an 8yrs old premier account to the business just because I couldn't find the custom payment pages. Yeah, I know, I could have used the upgrade option but also didn't know about that too.

Yea, the only pain is that you have to have the image hosted on a secure site.
