Getting Back to the Basics (for Today): Perry Marshall

Short Version:
Years ago, I was doing up to $10K a month online through a community driven site.. selling OP Products. This was before affiliate systems were popular. Then I focused on other ventures. Now, things have changed... this same type of site in the same niche would not work.

I DO have a list.
I DO have a high-priced event (non-im related)

I've been lucky.. so now I need a strategy to grow it.

I don't have a marketing system for web 2.0.
I don't have entry-level products.

Traffic - little (no PPC campaigns)
Referrals - nil
Affiliates - nil

I need to regroup and get a system.

Can you recommend a place to start?

Perry Marshall's product seems logical. Any comments on it or can you recommend others?

All of Perry's stuff is really good. You should do well.

  • I would avoid all that. You've already made money online, you already know how this business work. Now you don't need a system - what you need is to get your creative juices flowing and get to work.

      I appreciate your response.

Today, I have no clue about setting campaign online. In 10 years, things have changed dramatically. I'm not looking for a Kit (business in a box). I just need a map to the new strategies that actually work to sell seats and courses.

10 years ago, I just posted in my forum and I had sales. Posted my events in the forum, I got attendees. Unfortunately, I let the subs down by not mailing them often and giving them value they needed. My list now is small (a few grand) and I need to get focused.

Any direction is great. Looks like Perry's Next Step might be the logical choice.
