What are the top 10 keyword phrases you'd go after?

In other words, what do you feel are the ten most
profitable monetization models/niches if you had a way
to get to the top for any keyword phrase you picked.

Let's exclude sex, pills and casinos though.

      If I was guaranteed a top 3 listing then quite honestly, the niche doesn't
      even matter. Any niche with a demand for a solution to a problem where
      people are willing to part with their hard earned cash.

      That includes IM, which I am already in and doing very well in. More
      specifically, I guess you'd call it the "make money online" niche. Certainly
      there is plenty of money it that and "work at home".

      I'm not greedy. It may not be the number 1 money maker but it would be
      good enough for considering that even without a top 3 listing I'm making a
      nice income.

      Hungry market + problem + solution to problem = $$$

      It's that simple.

    That's easy. Bankruptcy, mesothelioma attorney and debt restructuring. As high as $50 an adsense click. Go get 'em. You can cut me in for 25% when you get to the top. Oh, I gotta keep the other seven to myself, sorry.

    Some interesting choices indeed.

    I have to think I'd skip AdSense this time and at least go for either some high dollar continuities, getting them signed up in an autoresponder or both.
