INTERNET MARKETING

In honour of my very first WSO on WordPress I'm releasing for free, no optin or anything my WP Help Desk plugin.

What it does?

It integrates the popular hesk help desk software with your WordPress dashboard. This means that you can manage your responses all from the comfort of your dashboard as well as track tickets etc. It is a really useful plugin if you have a site that is ... WordPress and also if you sell things or have a membership area where you get a lot of questions that could be more efficiently answered by a ticketing system. It also integrates with the FAQ plugin.

Sorry, I've had to disable it from my site as too many people were sending me test tickets

You can download it from here.

Please note: It has not been upgraded for WP 2.7 and only works with WP 2.6 (it will be upgraded after Christmas)

This is an awesome plugin and a must have. Why this isn't getting more attention in a wordpress obsessed world especially for IM'ers lately.

Where can I get that at?

@David - got to say I couldn't imagine using anything but WP although I have previously walked on the wild side with xcite pro but I never stray for long

@ Melody - glad you are having fun! I will put together some videos on WP Flex soon and upload them showing some of the features not fully covered in my original video. I've got to say I love playing with WP Flex as well - because it is just so easy to change my mind and see how something looks.
