How can I find lead generators? Ideas wtd

I've been all over WF, and am still hunting, and this is part of hunting down an answer.
I'd like to find people who are good at traffic making/lead generation, who can bring in banner buyers in return for profit sharing on the users purchases, no dollar limit on payout, no time limit either, so it could be lucrative.
Any ideas how or where I could look for people or businesses offering such a service? I have an ad running at WF already, and may do more. I may have overlooked something really obvious, so don't be shy to point it out,
