I want to make $100/day online

Hey everyone,

I have been in internet marketing for over 6 months. I have tried many many things but nothing has resulted in much more than a sale or two. I started this as kind of a second income but have recently lost my job and am looking for something that I can do to make only $100/day online. I personally don't think this is a huge goal to achieve. I am also open to outsourcing too so that is not really a problem.

My question is, what are your methods or what are some real methods that I can put to work today to start making $100/day online soon. Thanks in advance for any help that anyone can provide

I think there are a lot of people online and on this forum with the same wish. Hope your thread gets some concrete answers from people that are currently making $100 a day or more online, and not just the usual dribble about "this program looks good", or "I think...", "Someone said..." etc.

My wife lost her job about 3 months ago, and after working together on affiliate marketing all summer, (mainly building auto blogs and promoting Amazon/Clickbank/Adsense) we are now up to making slightly over $200...a month.

If you are making $200 a month and this is working for you, then you simply scale the model up. I hate to sound so trite but it is what it is.

The $200 a month comes from 600 or so public domain books shelved on Amazon Kindle, and Adsense and Amazon commissions from 300 or so autoblogs. Not a specific blog, or I would scale it up. It comes from across the spectrum from my autoblogs.

I understand that. But if this is the model you are using and it takes roughly 300 autoblogs to achieve it, then you will need to scale the model, incorporate more keywords, develop a plan of attack for more visibility to get "there".

I imagine that out of those 300 autoblogs, there are probably 20-30 of them that are producing the most for you. So, why not start by focusing in on those first?

Once you find what is working for you, the next step is to figure out how to maximize the profit potential. This could be incorporating a list for recurring commissions. It could be bundling things together. It could be creating more content that is focused on other keywords.

          Thanks for the reply Ldimilo,

I make about $75 to $100 a month on the sale of reworked public domain and out of copyright books on Amazon Kindle. My income from Amazon affiliate account comes from targeted autoblogs, that target a specific top 10 seller on Amazon. Products that have a minimum of 2,500 searches a month and a maximum of 25,000 competing pages. The website name is the product name or search term. About 40% of my autoblogs rank on the first page of Google.

I thought if I could rank on the first page of google with a high demand product that people were already buying, I would be making sales, but it just has not happened.

Thanks in advance for your advice/suggestions.

Eventually those auto-blogs are going to start getting sandboxed, BTW. I don't want to be the bearer of bad news, but it's a tactic that works for an unpredictable period of time.

As far as the autoblogs getting sandboxed, I guess it really depends on the model you use. In my case, the blogs either rank in the first 2 weeks or so, or they rarely ever rank on the first page, and I have about a 40% success rate of ranking on the first page of google for my keyword/product. I have never had one of my autoblogs be sandboxed after the first month or so.

It seems that everything on the internet changes rapidly, just as in the brick and mortar stores. What worked last month or 6 months ago rarely works the exact same way, and you must make changes for it to continue to work. Sort of like everything else in life, it usually works for an unpredictable amount of time :-)

But in reading all the great answers on this thread, I think I will start selling off some of my ranked but under performing blogs and see how that goes.

You could get a little better at seo and go after terms that are 10k min searches per month exact match and disregard the competing pages # you referenced because its irrelevant really as a viable competition factor.

There are really too many "methods" to list here but the bottom line is that no matter what you decide to do, the cracking point for most marketers is getting enough targeted traffic to make that $100 a day happen.

$100 a day really isn't that big of a deal if you can figure out the traffic equation.

If you are an affiliate marketer and are making $30 a sale, then all you need to move is 100 products a month.

If you are selling your own product for $50 a month, then all you need is 50 sales.

Most of the ways to do this is all about focusing on what your model is and making it happen....

...and hanging in the forums asking how to make $100 a day is most likely not going to make it happen.

Two comments caught my eye in this thread:

make only $100/day online. I personally don't think this is a huge goal to achieve
If you don't think it's a big goal - why haven't you done it? Of course it's a big goal when you are new to working online. You don't go from $0 to $100 a day immediately...or even quickly if you are looking for $100 reliabe income daily.

I have tried so many things
Ok - now forget about them. You posted in another thread that you have set up a PLR site - so get busy writing and promoting that site. Forget all the other "great ideas" until you have one idea/method that you have mastered to the point where it makes consistent income.

It's the most often seen stumbling block for new IMers - trying this and that and buying WSOs and products that promise income and not committing fully to following through pn any project to completion.

Focus on the site you've started and work on it exclusively until you have it well established.

Thank you for that. That is definitely true. It is soooo hard to not get distracted by other offers and products out there. I think for now then I will stick to my article writing idea and work on it until I start to achieve my goals of $100/day. Thanks so much for the help

You can build micro niche sites/blogs and flip them for $50/pop.
You can spend a bit of time and build mini sites around easy to rank keywords, with some unique articles+custom designed graphics etc and flip them around $100.
You can write articles and post your service at warriors for hire, you can make mor than $100/day if you can write quality unique articles FAST.

You can also provide services on sites like zeerk.com (if you have the skills or social media properties/mailing lists etc to allow you to charge premium fees)

You can go with CPA also, either build viral fanpages on facebook and plug in CPA offers there, or build mini sites you can rank fast and monetize them with CPA offers.

If you have a budget for ad spending, you can sell as a clickbank affiliate via facebook and plentyoffish ads (don't send the traffic directly to the affiliate link, build a simple page on your own domain reviewing the product with your aff. link)

None of this will bring you $100/day overnight, you will have to spend time and energy, especially for testing what converts and what doesn't, what kinds of sites are on high demand at site flipping markets, what keywords you can rank quick, driving traffic to your mini sites, etc.

I'll through in my two cents and apologize in advance if someone else already made this comment. Find a niche, then find an offer that converts, and finally perfect the method you use to make that conversion whether it's SEO, PPC, PPV, etc.

Rather than focusing on product marketing, you should focus first on offering services. If you are good at writing articles, why not offer your services to warrior forum members. Pretty soon you will start making good money!

Its not hard to make 100 dollars a day online, it's rather quite simple. People tend to make to make it harder than it is. Pick one thing and become great at it. If it's membership sites, or if it's email marketing, your choice. Most people fall into this trap. This week it's site flipping...next week its membership sites, the following week its adsense, the week after that affiliate marketing is where it's at. Jumping around from one thing to the next. If you could just stay focused on one thing and become 90% good at just that one thing instead of 10% good at 10 different things, you'll start to make money. You will not make money by being just 10% good at something. You need to be 90% good at it. You need to stay focused on one method. Reading the warrior forum all day is bad news, pick one thing in the next 24 hours and get to work. You don't need to spend hours reading email's or forums, you need to take massive action on just that one method you choose to make an income.

I say build a list and sell products with continuity. You can also flip these sites... the cool part about flipping your review sites of continuity programs is you can keep your income.

There are a lot of methods and what you find that is most interesting or comfortable is not going to be for another person. So the best advice I can give you is go through the great threads that are on here and see if there's any methods that sound good to you.....

Just click on the ratings tab at the top of the main forum, and you'll see all of the 5 star threads. In a lot of these threads, you're given step by step blueprints to follow.

Really don't rush through this. Go through the threads and jot down those methods that really strike a chord with you and then go through your list and circle the ONE method that you will give your heart and soul (and first-born! ) for and just take action!

    Good Luck!

Ok question to whomever would like to answer...I am going to start an article writing business. I would like to sell packs of 5 unique articles to people say here as a wso. Each pack of 5 would be based around a specific topic in a certain niche, for example: acne.

I am going to limit the number of times each pack is sold to only 35 and sell each pack probably at about $7. Each of the 5 articles are unique, fresh content that will pass copyscape (no rewritten plr articles). I will also be releasing new packs of 5 every day as well. In addition, each pack will include 50 spun versions of each of the 5 main articles for the buyer to submit to article directories and what not.

Do you guys think this would be able to maybe make me some money. I have heard that it is a good way but just want some other input. Thanks again everyone

Chances are if people are doing the same thing and making a profit and the market is large enough (which it is) you'll make money on it. Just make sure it's high quality. Create perceived value for the product you will be selling.

Here is how I make 100$ a day online consistently (and attained results in under 5 months)

        1) Find a desperate buyers market that is not over saturated. Be creative and scour places like clickbank for products with solid gravity and only one or two competitors. They are out there if you look hard enough.

        2) Create a product solving this desperate buyers problem. You can do this yourself or outsource product creation on websites like getafreelancer.com. I have a 30 page ebook being created right now for 80 dollars... from a solid writer.

        3) Build a website sales page. You cant hire someone to write professional copy... study and do it yourself. A little trial and error with split testing of headlines, colors, buttons and triggers will raise your conversion rate.

        4) Drive traffic. You can outsource backlink building for 20 dollars per 100 pr3+ backlinks, or you can do it yourself with relevant blog ro forum commenting etc.

        5) Rinse and Repeat

I have one niche ebook site that makes me between 80-250 dollars a day consistently.

You can do it... just put in the time and effort!

If this method piques your interest you can shoot me a PM and I would be happy to help.

If you find a niche with low competition you should be able to drive organic traffic with good SEO work and drive paid traffic with low cost clicks from adwords.

I actually dont sell my products on clickbank... just straight to my paypal... but each his own.

This is what i would recommend also....as he said create a great information product and put in the time and effort. everyone also know that article marketing can help building your website traffic efforts as well

Also, there are large article directories that also pay for article contributions. I think Helium is one of them and there are also HUGE review sites that not only pay for you to write reviews, but they also provide training.

Look into monthly membership websites. The benefit of having a website that you charge monthly over a website where you sell a OTO (one time only) product has many advantages to help you make your goal. With a monthly membership type website, you can build up your members and eventually get to the daily income that you want to be at.

Example: 40 members paying $20/month for membership on a website = $800/month coming in monthly. Build another 40 members the following month and that puts you up to $1,600 monthly coming in. And so on.

Hard thing is, thinking of a website to create where members would love to pay monthly for.

Before you can start making money online, you need to have a positive mindset first. You need to willing to learn and take action. By doing nothing will not yield any results. And importantly, be patience. Try to stick to one program and take action from there. If you want it bad, don't give up.

There are several ways you can accomplish this, some all on their own or by combining methods.

If you're a good writer, join some of the freelance writing sites like Elance or Constant Content. You might also consider writing on your own as an independent contractor.

Continue on with your affiliate marketing efforts IF you have a plan in place and are not jumping around from one program to another - if you ARE doing this, you're wasting too much valuable time that could be spent better doing something else.

To make $100 day? Offer to build links for other webmasters, write articles, whatever they need done. You could go to the "services" section of several forums that are related to online marketing and offer your services.

Find one thing that pays good, or combine a few. I think you will see that earning $100 is not a difficult task

    Good luck to you!

    Short answer:

    * Set yourself a definite, real target
    * Find a system that you want to TEST
    * Work the system for a reasonable time
    * Measure how well it has worked for you
    * If it is promising, scale it up - if not, try another

    What system?

    There's a nice little ebook I co-authored with 15 others
    called "20 Ways to Make $100 a Day" - which shares 20
viable models. It's around $27, I think. Google it.
It's 2 years old, but still relevant.

    Hope this helps.

I know this probably won't sound like much, but trust me, it is.

When are you going to stop trying things, and start doing things.

Doing and trying are two completely different things.

This is the only way to have the success that you want. Out of the many things that you have tried, pick one and do it. Or, find something that you have not done and do it.

Doing involves work. Trying is a minimal effort where you don't leave your comfort zone.

One way would be to buy a site that is already making sales and then build on it. Sure this requires capital up front, but it can be a great model if you find a good one.

Building niche affiliate sites (ONE at a time) is how many of us started. Forget the goal for now. Focusing on a bit of money can bring a bit of money, but look beyond that...

Focus on building a strong business with several streams of income.

I'm not saying to use these niches, but let's say you built niche affiliate sites on:

Golf, Pregnancy, Forex, Learn Guitar etc. Sites that were based around hot topics that people had a string desire to cure or learn more about. Couple that with a product that is already a proven seller and you'll have several little cash machines.

Start with ONE only and stick with it until it makes sales.

    Good luck...stay with it!

My best piece of advice is also to stick with 1 method/program.

Take a little time choosing a program (and mentor) to follow that resonates with who you are and things you like to do (for example, if you like offline contact, go for offline marketing; if you don't mind article writing, include article marketing in your traffic strategies, etc.).

Pick your method/techniques/program. And then keep working it and working it and working it. For any IM venture, it takes time. But once you start seeing daily sales, all you need to do is keep doing what you're doing and scale up.

    Best,
    Anna

Most of what needs to be said has already been said wonderfully - I personally was caught up on your comment about how you had "tried many many things" in just six months. To me that highlights your biggest problem - you are trying for the quick result instead of building a business that will sustain you over the long term. It is a hugely common problem - heavens I have more than 400 different programs and reports and courses and stuff on my hard drive but the bottom line is that you won't make any money if you don't pick something and stick to it - just that, for at least a month or more.

Quick example say you decided to go into affiliate marketing which is free to join up for - you set up your own niche blog on your own domain and hosting and pump it full of content that is relevant to at least 2 - 3 products in the same niche. Get a free autoresponder from GetResponse and start to capture email addresses of your visitors (give them a free report or something similar - you can do this using modified PLR); do some article and video marketing; put out a couple of press releases, get some squidoo lenses and hub pages all pointing back to your site - this will probably take you about a month to get rankings on the search engines and to start to see results. Throw in some adsense if you have plenty of content on your site as well. And don't forget the power of social marketing with facebook and twitter.

To me this is a fail safe system - if it doesn't make money it doesn't matter because you have created a product you can sell someone else - you flip the flops I think is the term used. You are promoting in one niche so you can start to build up some credibilty there; you are creating a list which you can promote other products too and you are building an asset- that is a win/win in my eyes.

And if you need to be making money now hop over to Elance; get yourself signed up as a freelancer and start bidding on some work - you can get the first set of bids for free (basic level membership) and if you are competitive you should start to see money coming in quite quickly - you will still be able to build your sites and your niches, but you will be making some money in the meantime as well.

Feel free to PM me if you have any questions
and the very best of luck to you

Do you truly believe this is as simple as pressing a button and $100 bills pop out on a daily basis? Have you ever considered that this is actually a business and requires a business-like mentality?

No wonder we keep on seeing new super-hyped products in clickbank every week. People just look for the magic pill and they'll buy into any BS thrown at them.

The thread is very relevant to my thread awhile by to make $50/d, which is achievable though still with some work put in. Because I am a late-starter and it most cases even behind you, I wouldn't be in a place to give advice yet. But like they say we all got to start off from somewhere, to make a consistant 50+ even 100 is possible from scratch can be effectively made "Underground" - like 1 mentioned above, find what is in desperate need, push free mass social market traffic to it, of course a site would help, but affiliation can be effective too.

Ok a quick step by step plan for you:

    1. Find a product to promote on clickbank that has a recurring income such as a membership site. Make sure it is in a niche that you are passionate about. Make sure it has a gravity of 30 or more. Now make a similar product of your own or promote this one.

    2. Set up an opt in form to build a list. Give away a free report that solves the 5 or more pressing problems that your prospect may have. You can use the products sales page as a way to find out the most pressing problems to address in your report, they usually discuss them in their sales letters.

    3. Create a thank you page where the prospect can download the free report, but under the report have an offer with a link to your affiliate product. Say something like "wait, I have something that will be the perfect addition to my free report"

    3. Drive traffic to the opt in form using Yahoo or Bing. Dont bother with Google yet, they are pain in the asses to deal with if you are just starting out. You can also use youtube, articles and facebook but they take longer. I have a fierce way of driving traffic via youtube, but you have to be on my list to find that out!

    4. Now you will be building a list and you should get some sales off your thank you page. If you dont then either you got a poor affiliate product, or you are not building a targetted enough list using your free offer and traffic source.

    5. Lets say your commission is $27 a month. To make $100 a day, you need 7 x 4 x 100 / 27 = 100 sales to reach your target. You will lose some members, but then if you carry on promoting, you will easily get more than 100 sales in a few months.

    6. Lets say your conversion on your list is about 20% you need to build a list of 500 peeps to get 100 sales.

You will need to take into account the cost of marketing involved, but if you try to keep this low by using Yahoo and Bing and free methods you should be doing ok in a few months. It wont happen overnight, you have to have patience and you must keep testing offers until you find one that converts

In my opinion after you have tested the waters with affiliate marketing, go on to build a similar product to the one you have found to convert of your own, that you can control and find affiliate to promote for you! You will find out exactly how to do that bit and lots more in my free wso!

    Hope this helps

    Namaste

One of my blogs makes around $100 a day. It is an affiliate site that ranks well for a couple keyword terms. The secret? Simple.

Base it on a topic you are at least a little interested in. If it is TVs you like then become an affiliate for like amazon. But if you are like many other affiliates then go with clickbank and learn about a certain topic. It could be building muscle, playing piano, or even cooking.

Find a product that is selling well by looking at the epc or gravity. Actually get the product and make a great review. Want to really boost your sales to over $100 a day? Type an ebook and give it away as an incentive to sign up to your list you can create with a service like aweber. Send your subs valuable content and alternate it with promotions for your product you are affiliated with. Simply provide them with a reason why that product is good.

If you can make $1 a day, then just do exactly what you're doing and multiply it by 100.

Find 100 resellable eBooks, price them at $1 each, and reach out to customers. You need traffic in order to make money.

      Ok..

There are many roads to rome... yours is probably not to far away.

Found a niche for that you can probably reach that goal with. If you are interested in it at all that is

STEPS NEEDED (should be done in this exact order)

      1. Learn email marketing. To be more specific, learn email marketing for small businesses. Learn techniques, understand the different aspects of it etc. Get to the point where you can actually learn someone something of value.

      2. Research and understand the needs and requirements that small businesses in the US and UK (US is main geographic market) have for email marketing.

      3. Create a free report that give valuable startup advice + one follow up + one ebook that covers more advanced and powerful techniques (or rewrite PLR/MRR to the point of desired quality)

      4. Sign up as an affiliate for either Aweber / getresponse / iContact etc.

      5. Create a site that mainly hits the keyword "small business email marketing". It currently avg. at 1300 searches on exact match, and has
only 6700 results for phrase in google. Mainly US and UK geo. Give away free report for opt in. End report with well argued top recommendation (chosen service from step 4) that hits the needs and requirements that you discovered in step 2.

      6. Schedule follow up after about one week where you give even more specific help on the service of choice. Show a few intermediate/advanced tips that the user can apply inside your service of choice (with screenshots or video tutorials) and hopefully become more successful. This is done to make the converted even happier with you, and the non-converted hopefully more interested in the service. End with a new link to service.

      7. Schedule a short introduction to your email marketing e-book after aprox. 2-3 weeks. Link to short ebook sales page (if you have done step 5 and 6 well enough, there´s no need to drag it out).

      8. SEO

Results is hopefully recurring income from email marketing service + sale of e-book. It should not be to time consuming or hard to rank #1 in regards to competition. The construction will take some time though.

      **

      Extra steps

      9. Consider mailing your old friends 2-3 months after with an affiliated discovery that can help he/she/them to improve there results further.

Ever since, I met my first mentor on a one on one coaching session, he told me the importance of building a list and driving traffic.

And this incident happened on the 25th October 2008. He told me that when I build a list of 5000 subs and have a decent marketing funnel, I will make a comfortable monthly income of $2000 a month.

From then onwards, I only believe in one business model, that is the list building model.

This is just my personal story. It's up to you which business model you want to implement.

Just adding my 5 cents worth of suggestion.

    Hope it helps,
    Winson

Are you overlooking the classified ads here on the warrior forum? For $40 you could have 2 products up and running that don't have to be original, something like the book I spoke about in my other post and you'd have your $40 back in no time. Think John Taylor does something similar on the WSO section he has a good amount of WSO's going at once and he just bumps them over and over. Find a reseller product thats super hot and utilize this classified section. Then put the ad on back page classifieds, ebay classifieds, usfreeads, anything thats selling is expandable. If you decide to go with ebay auction classifieds 9.99 I think for a month (no brainer) put your ad up then just have a click link leading to your About me page. You only need a little box with yellow inside on that page and a irresistable one liner to get them to click through. Alot of the old ebook auctioneers who got hit with the policy change for downloadables are doing it that way. I don't know but it may be cheaper then selling on auction. OH YEAH got any of stuff in your basement? Sell it on ebay. Thats what everyone does when they need emergency money

Good info here on this thread. but the common theme seems to be "do it". I have fallen into the same trap over and over. i know what works, but still i get distracted and fall for those "once in a lifetime offers". As a result I am struggling. Thanks for the reminder everyone.

i have the attention span of a gnat, so i too have tried multiple methods to make money online and have gotten frustrated. now i'm focused on 2 things and 2 things only, product creation and creating products. i'm not thinking about cpa, adsense, autoblogging, ppc, ppv or any of that. i'm staying in my lane til I can tell my job to kis my ass. with that being said, over time i've learned that the 2 most important skils to master in internet marketing that will allow you to make money anyway you choose are

            1. Niche Selection
            2. Generating Traffic

Once you have a good grasp on those 2 skills pick any business model you want and STICK WITH IT. then you will see consistent money and you will be able to scale up the better you get.

I like winsonlim's method myself have had good success with that myself mostly purchases on the oto, keep in mind you've got to set up messages to your list, James Penn has good methods for that I would get on his list. It looks like winsolim's has a fake optin on his blogs (just a copy picture of optin which you click and it leads to your squeeze, they never get to fill out the form they just end up on the squeeze), thats awesome idea I never thought of that, but I saw the concept on a squidoo lense so you could use his blog method for getting traffic to you squeeze on tons of web 2.0 blogs and get a ton more traffic to your squeeze then hes showing there, even more then the other methods he mentions. Put something on your oto thats really irresistable. I once picked up a nice PLR report for writing articles for the companies online that pay per article and it had a twist for make money per hour doing it. Thats another way to make $100.00 a day join those type of companies. Associated Content for one is really good. That ebook sold like hot cakes. I had all my domains get fried recently but I could put that book up 10 years from now and provided associated content were still around I'd still make good money from it. Thats kind of product you need for a oto if you want to make $100 a day but the letters in your autoresponder are crucial as well.

Wouldn't it be great if you simply could press a button and you started making $100 a day on autopilot. the thing is this is never going to happen and if it did and a so called Guru released it then it would never be a measly priced $37. You would be looking at spending a few thousand easily!

Anyway back to the point, You need to find yourself a method that first off makes you money. It doesn't matter how much it is, as long as it brings in the money. Once it is you need to start testing the water, trying different methods, different techniques that you could use to get more sales, opt in , etc.

Why don't you start with your first goal being:

    Can I make $100 a week on-line?

Then once your method and your start to see the money coming in and you reach your goal then it is time to change your goal again. Continue to do this build up all the time until you get to a level where you are completely happy.

The problem with most people is that they simply pluck a goal out of the air, goals need to be SMART.

Specific - Is the goal actually specific to what you are doing ? I want to make $100 a day, but this is going to be rather hard if all you are doing is completing surveys

Measurable - Can you measure how well you are doing, keep a diary of your progress and keep stats.

Achievable - Can you actually see yourself achieving this goal? are you going to work hard and do what is necessary?

Realistic -Is it actually going to happen? wanting to make $1,000,000 by the start of next week isn't very likely

Time - give your self a time-scale to get this goal completed by. Its pointless setting a goal and not having a time frame to get it done by.

    Hope this helps ...

Well with the economy the way it is, you have to make money without asking for any. That's what I do. I have made over $2,000 in a 2 weeks and I never charg anything for what I do.

Making 100$/day online isn't an easy task. It takes time but it's achievable. You can do it in many ways, google adsense, affiliate marketing, cpa marketing are all options you should consider. Hope you achieve this goal.

Like a few others have said, I would start off offering services of some sort. When I started out (looking for a side income) I offered to create blog and website header images for $30. It wasn't a great deal of money but it got me understanding how things worked and gave me the fire to make more $$$.

I then started offering to create videos for people online and offline clients. I learned these skills just by messing around online. Those skills and my focus on helping people with video turned into a new video marketing product that's currently selling really well.

I'm planning on launching it very soon and spreading the information to 1000s more.

What I'm saying here is that you need to just start small and start making connections/growing your skills. Along the way just focus on a couple of those skills and really expand on them see what happens. That can produce a $100/day business for sure, it just takes persistence and massive action.

There are alot of vague ideas about what to do, I'll just skip all that since most have been mentioned anyway.
il just tell you what i did:
i started in june 2009 making some ads on adwords for a couple affiliate products. i ran them until they hit about 100 clicks and if i didnt make a sale, i'd drop it. if i did make a sale, i'd optimize the campaign. tweak CCP and drop poorly performing keywords etc.
the first month i made 200$, but i spent 200!! i stuck with it, continuing to tweak here and there and for the past 10 months or so i have consistently made 5-7000 a month, spending 1500-2000 on advertising costs. my best month was last december, and i made 8500. unfortunately google has shut me down twice (temporarily, and it was their fault) in that time, completely crushing my business for a couple weeks at a time - very stressful! now i advertise with microsoft/yahoo as well, but their traffic is itty bitty - but at least i know if something happens with google again, i can still generate a couple sales a day.
i'm also building my blog (mostly for fun, a couple ads, but no spammy posts!) and twitter accounts (i tweet out blog updates, new products on my other site - i make and sell my own line of handmade goods, but that's another story! i also tweet out ads, which i get paid for, only about 10-50 cents a click, but that fee is increasing as my follower count increases), making a little bit of money here and there, but i'm optimistic and i think it's important to diversify.
im almost done my ebook too, so i'll let you know how that works out.
i think that the best case senario is you make your own product and sell it on a well designed site, using adwords. if this isn't possible, find affiliate products. you will probably need to try several before a couple actually work out for you. there is A LOT of competition right now. people are getting more and more turned off by affiliate sales pages and so called 'review' sites. if you can find a product you can link directly too, you are golden - but these are HARD to find.
also, if you are selling your own products, digital or otherwise, you can can always start your own affiliate program like i did for my handmade business, Two Crafty Chicks.
you can PM me if you want to connect of twitter etc and share ideas! and get my blog url where i share more tips (affiliate link free tips!)

I believe that setting your goal on "$100 per day" is not the right way. (hey, that rhymes)

What you should do is say how much you want to make _per hour_. I can spend 15 hours today and make $100, but that doesn't mean anything.

What I want to do, for example, is invest 10 hours today so that tomorrow I could spend 1 and make $100 out of it.

See the logic? Position it like that and see what happens. It's all about the effort.

      I TOTALLY DISAGREE!
If your income is directly related to your labour, you will never make big money and you will never have any freedom. I wanna make 100-300$ a day -WHETHER I AM WORKING OR NOT! I want to make that money whether I am on vacation, swimming in the ocean, or sick in bed.
If you want money per hour, get a real job. You could be a lawyer or doctor and make some pretty decent money, but say goodbye to your freedom. You will need to work 40-60 hours a week to keep your income up ,and you will need to work this way until you retire. That doesn't sound very good to me, and it definitely doesn't sound like what typical internet entrepreneurs are looking for!

I agree with you 100%. I want to start working less and make more. That is why I want to get into IM. If I wanted to work for an hourly wage I would just get a job like everyone else, but then for me life would suck more. I want to get out of the J.O.B and live my dream life. Hopefully this isn't coming off as if I'm too full of myself or whatever but just stating my end desire And for everyone else out there trying to make it online don't give up either, we can do it!!!

I personally don't think this is a huge goal to achieve. I am also open to outsourcing too so that is not really a problem.

My question is, what are your methods or what are some real methods that I can put to work today to start making $100/day online soon. Thanks in advance for any help that anyone can provide
I don't want to sound like an ass to you but you should get a dayjob again.

You need to cover your bills and then start IM as your second income.

The problem is you'll start anything very stressed as you need to pay your bills ASAP.

It's ALWAYS better to have at least two income streams, the first is your cash flow, the second are your investments.

If you start at zero with a new business or idea and there's no other cash flow in your life it can really become frustrating to you.

You need to make money ASAP, but no matter what you start in life be it opening a restaurant or doing IM EVERYTHING needs TIME to GROW!

But if you don't have the time and patience you'll be frustrated soon. Get a regular job (=reality money) and then worry about your investments (=dreams for your future you build).

If your investments make your reality cash flow looking like a time waste then quit your day job.

    Example 1:

Reality money spot / monthly cash flow = 0 bucks
Investments like new business idea or any other moneymaking progress you start from ZERO: Making 500 bucks doing IM f.e. affiliate marketing
    NOT WORKING!

Reality money spot / monthly cash flow = 1500 bucks (all bills covered, have 400 bucks left after everything is paid)
Investments = 0 (+adding 400 bucks EVERY month to investments AFTER paying all bills)
    WORKING!

    Hope this helps,
    TK
