How do the timecodes work here on WF?

When I see a post + when it was posted (time code). Is that the time as seen from my location (the time zone I may have entered in my WF profile)? Or is it the time that everyone sees (a time zone the entire WF is set to)?

Thanks.

PS: Reason I'm asking is, I'm trying to reverse engineer when the best time to post a WSO is. If anyone has any hints on that, let me know. Thanks!

It appears that the forum is natively running on Mountain Time (GMT-7), however when you log in the time is set to the time zone in your profile. I've noticed that many times as I work in both EST and HST and need to keep resetting my preferences (they are 5-6 hours apart, depending upon the time of year).

As for the WSO that question has been asked so many times, to the point where almost every day and time has been suggested! Good luck with that one!
