I am guessing that you are looking for a niche that is popular yet not over saturated. If you want popular you can look at health, relationships and making money of course. All are really competitive but there are still some little sub niches that you can make money from. If you want something for adsense look at finance topics and credit repair - that sort of thing. If you want to build up a long term business then pick a niche that has some longevity in it like parenting for example (build different sites and products for different levels of development). Otherwise go to Amazon and find some physical products you would like to promote and build sites on them.

Hope this sets you in the right direction at least

Instead of a few hours looking for a niche - spend those hours reading info on HOW to choose niches. Then you'll be ready to do the research and make a choice.

I don't understand your point why do you require good niche list without proper specification about your interest/skill! Can you specify your objective to get a niche list?

Well let me just advise you straight away that the way to find a "good" or profitable niche market is not to "pick" or "choose" a niche out of a list.

Nope, the way you get into a good niche is to actually go and "find" them.

You know, the niches where there is an unmet need or problem that a lot of people are facing and are searching for a solution, yet no one or in many cases, very few people actually provide the answer. Yeah, these are the type of niches you should go into.

And so the first step you should take to find these types of profitable niches is to do some research in areas that you're interested in, passionate about, or just something you see yourself being successful in.

In fact, to give you a much deeper and clearer understanding of how to "find" a profitable niche just read this pdf report by Eben Pagan.

You may have heard of it, it's called "The Niche Intelligence Report".

It's simply amazing and was the MAIN resource that finally helped me "find" my profitable niche market.

There's no sign up...it's totally free.

      Hope this helps...

Go through magazines on Amazon to find niche ideas, don't really mind if you know something about them or not.

Then get Market Samurai (preferably through The 30 Day Challenge) and do a 1-2 hours keyword research on all the niches you chose...
