Best flipsite guide? Need help to get in to business!

Hi.

I want to get into the flipping business. Therefore i could use some good advice on how i get into it. If you can recommend me a guide or a WSO here on WF that got the basic steps on how i get started, i wil like to hear from you.

My plan was to maake some niche blogs with my own custom designs. Buying some PLR articles and a PLR eBook and put that on the blogs for the specific niche i choose. I will customize a Premium wordpress theme into my own and also made a special ebook cover so the site will be unique from others.
How does that plan sound?

    Hi to be honest while there are some there are not that many great guides on flipping.

    Most will just tell you to pick a niche pick keywords build a blog drive traffic and sell it. Easier said than done I know yes but you dont need a flipping guide to tell you how to do that.

    The best sites to sell are profitable sites as I have just mentioned, so for that I would get an SEO or traffic guide.

    For flipping start up sites its risky and requires you to be prepared to lose money to testing. Although a lot of people may disagree with me but Im telling you the truth. Yes there are numerous people that make vast sums with start ups but it requires selling numerous sites to get your sales formula just right and you have no guarantees your site will sell so you have to be prepared to lose it.

    I have done well with the book flips WSO and flipping explosion but these are very specific types of sites that you will be selling and the start up markets needs changes fast.

    Head over to flippa and take a look at the successful auctions and that will tell you all you need to know and while your there compile a swipe file of successful sellers.

      I bought the wso site flipping explosion that Dave D refers to above and thought it was excellent. I have read an awful lot on this subject but this was one of the most user friendly I had bought in a long time.

    There's a WSO called 'Flippin Gold Bootcamp' that's good for newcomers. It takes you through the whole process of creating a site for flipping in video lessons. Pretty cheap too.
