I always enjoy your posts so I was looking forward to the report. Some great insights - I especially liked Days 3 and 4. Good practical points and motivation to improve both offline and online business.

Thanks and congratulations, I am new to the forum so plenty to go to catch up to 4000, but given how much I liked your report, I will start following and even use some time looking at some of your past contributions.

The net thing is that this is precisely the type of behaviour you suggest encouraging by potential customers, get them at the education stage, even better someone who practices what they preach.

Congratulations on your achievement, John - I know it involved many hours of arduous posting on the computer to get here.

I'm sure you know how you should probably multiply your post count by at least 20% (so you've probably written up approximately 5,000 posts!), since posts and threads get deleted all the time in here, and this is especially true for anyone who has been a member for several years.

Thanks for the great report, it just goes to show that not everything we do to help businesses has to be done online, and any way you look at it, whether you're saving a business money or increasing their profits, you're providing something of value to them!

I just finished reading your nice gift... Thank you... I know this is good IM information as well but your offline clients must love you. I am currently helping a client liquidate his restaurant inventory. A local auctioneer that is also helping told me that he gets 3-5 calls per week from businesses that are failing and need help liquidating. I know these are unusually bad financial times but can you imagine how many failing businesses could be saved if they only knew and implemented just a couple of these simple but important methods you have outlined in this report?
