Market Samurai Broke?

I've been trying to use keyword research the last few days and nothing comes back except results for the 1 kw phrase I use. I have it on broad and I verified there are thousands of results that should appear. The app updated twice the past week Did Google finally catch up with them and screw them like they do all other marketers? Anyone else?

    No.

    Maybe they're blocking your IP. Try running MS from your local library or Starbucks and see what happens.

    Try resetting your router by turning it off and back on. This will give you a new IP address and clear your cookies Or it might be the case that google has temporary block you for running too many queries. , try it again in 12hrs.

      If you are having a Static IP, then turning your Router Off and back On wouldn't help.

      And I don't think this would have anything to do with Google banning your IP. Because doing a keyword research in MS or in any browser is the same thing. No matter how many times you do it in a day.

      If the problem still persists, I'd suggest you better contact MS Support.

        Hello mate,

        I was having troubles with them too recently, I contacted their support which I recommend you do. I had to uninstall then reinstall the package and since then it's worked like a breeze. I also know you can get temporarily shut out if you don't search like they tell you in the video's and go all search crazy. Speak to their support, they're very helpful.
