      lol... I was thinking of something else, thus I removed my reply.

      Erm, I kinda agree to this, but unless you ask the person if he/ she wants to be added to your list, then better not do that.

    (That's a big no!)

    It is not fair game to add them to your list.

    If you choose to join their list that's your decision.

    If they choose to your your list that's their decision.

    You don't decide who joins your list - subscribers do.

    If you add people to your list without their consent
    then get ready for an increase in the number of spam
    complaints. (This will put your whole list at risk).
