Market Samurai not pulling SEOC for anyone else?

Is anyone else having trouble pulling down the SEOC information from Market Samurai? Is this a problem with Market Samurai or is it something that Google has something to do with? I also tried with Keyword Elite and I am now having problems with it too, but I admit I don't know as much about Keyword Elite.

    I had the same problem. I experimented by turning off my anti-virus software That solved the issue. Now I turn if off before using Samurai and turn it back on when I'm finished.

    Yesterday, it was timing out and each time I ran it, I pulled down more results. Not sure what was causing it. Haven't tried today, but I'll be firing it up tonight.

    I'm just going to check that now.

    I really doubt, this would be a problem with MS... Even if it is, it would be a temporary...

    It obviously must have something to do with my system then. I t always hangs on the SEOCsearch and then it somes back and tell me to "Try pressing Analyze Keywords again." But still no results. I can't imagine what it could be. I use Vista with AVG

      So I fired it up tonight as that is the same message I was getting (at the bottom of the screen). Each time I re-pressed the analyze button, it came back with a few more, but never finished.

      I rebooted my set since yesterday and it's working fine for me today. I'm on VISTA too for what it's worth.

      I'm assuming you've rebooted after any updates, but thought I would let you know since I had the same error yesterday, and today I'm fine.

    Mine works fine, I just checked. I sometime have problems though, it always repair it self after reboots.
    NMF is more stable though.

    Have you made sure you're running the latest version?

    I noticed my automatic update option was switched off and it was returning some wacky results and failing to get all the SEOC results. Once I'd switched back on the auto-update and rebooted, everything was hunkydory again.

    FYI - File -> Settings -> Update to toggle auto update on and off
