Anything Worth Getting is Worth Working Hard for

I don't know about you all, but I am so frustrated with the mindset that I see in so many people..those interested in starting their own business as well as others in society...this sense of wanting things to be handed to them, to be made as easy as possible. I don't know how many people I have talked to that are interested in starting a business from their home... and they are amazed that there is start-up cost (and with our opportunity there is very little start-up cost compared to most beginning businesses) and that there is work involved-that they won't get rich overnight. My husband and I have an internet marketing business, and we help others learn to be successful in the same way. And success is guaranteed, much more potential for success and wealth than is possible in a typical job, WHEN YOU ARE COMMITTED AND WORK HARD. There's really no limit to what they can make because it's totally up to them. It is amazing to me what people are willing to do for their boss that they will not do for themselves. After working hard, it starts to pay off, and then you see that you don't have to work as hard and you suddenly have so much more freedom, and are able to pursue dreams. But that does not happen without initial determined effort. And you appreciate where you are so much more because of that hard work. After all, anything worth getting is worth working hard for, and the things in our lives that are most important to us we have worked/are working hard for (family, values, marriage, etc).

America was built on hard work, commitment, and the drive to see dreams realized. The people who started this country fought for less government involvement in their lives so they could have the freedom to WORK HARD for themselves and create their own destiny. And because of the ownership of the fruit of their labors, they valued what they had.

    Awesome post, Amy.

After a year of putting in "hard work" myself, I can finally enjoy the cool breeze at the top

That is until I set out to conquer the next mountain...

    Right on Amy,
It is very frustrating when you see so many posts from people asking "how can I make money easy online" There is no easy money, if there were, everyone would do it.

Running a business takes a lot of hard work, dedication, money and time, nothing happens overnight.

    Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

    Kim

Amy I couldn't agree with you more about that mentality. People have to realize that anything worth having is worth working for and there is no free lunch etc and all of those cliche things, which happen to be true.

I totally agree that in internet marketing the work is minimal compared to regular jobs and traditional businesses. However, there is work required.

The hype is what causes some to believe that internet riches come without effort and it's sad because mostly the ones who buy into this are those who can least afford to.

      Great post. Thanks.
