Question on my PR3 site

So I have a site which I let it go for almost a year.
Well I checked and it is a PR3 and number for it's main keyword.

So my question is, which I should know, what does this mean?
If I work at this what will happen?
Just go to PR4 and up?

FYI, the main keyword is the domain name

    Seeing as you let it go for about a year, I was just curious.

    I see no reason though, if you decide to keep it, why it wouldn't only increase in PR and rankings. Google can be a funny beast sometimes though

    Funny you ask this question, I just checked on a site of mine last night and the same thing, it's a PR3 as well and I haven't touched it in over a year and a half. It just has a video linking in and a lot of people picked up that video and used it on their blog.

    My site only has the minisite graphics up and an opt in for the pre-launch of the site that hasn't happened. I either need to fully develop mine or I might sell it.

    For those who know, what is a PR3 site worth with a decent domain name related to the niche? I am curious and this may be an option as well for DaWarrior in the opening post.
