Google have a translation API that you can use in your site.

I think, though am not sure, babelfish from yahoo can also integrate with your site.

Once in a while I get across a website that has oviously been translated by some program (in this case to German) and there are just awful! I usually click away as rapid as possible, because they leave a very unprofessional impression.

If you really want to profit from your websites in other countries, I think you should spend the money for a translater - maybe you could find some exchange-student to do it for you if money is a concern. It will be definitely worth the expenses!

  Good luck! Chris

  Thanks

Google "dictionary" actually translates for you. I'm just not sure if there is a limit because it's free.

Also Yahoo's Babel Fish at www.babelfish.yahoo.com This is free also and may have limitations.

Here are some others to check out:
Free Translation and Professional Translation Services from SDL
Professional Website Translation & Localization (free quotes here)
spanish translation language translators learn at translation.com

Also if you are interested in getting software for translating try this one.
Translation software free trial (they have a free trial)

And this is a review site for translators:
Translation Software Review 2008 - TopTenREVIEWS

This should certainly get you started in the right direction.

  To your success,

  Thanks

I agree with Geolina, getting a human translator is a much better option than using an auto translating program, the programs often simply translate word for word and the end result may not even make sense to your visitor.

You should be able find freelancers to do the job fairly cheap at Go Freelance.

I recently got an invite from some company offering to translate my sites in Thai and other Asian languages. Good one.
