How many email lists ?

Hi Guys,

I wonder - when it comes to making more moolah - is it a good strategy to build many email lists in a number of different niches, or to go just with one niche and put all my eggs in one basket ?

    The best practice is to build the list for different niche.
    No one likes to get emails on topics they are not interested in.

    your lists are more valuable when you have them segmented IMHO

    You should build a list for each niche, likewise a domain for each niche, remember these are assets you are building or if the domains are very similar (in the same same niche) then a list for a group of those related domains.

      Personally I prefer to focus on one or two niches and
      then go deep rather than spreading myself too thin over
      more niches.

      Why?

      Because a key way to win in a niche is to know your
      the market, competitors, prospects and customers
      better than anyone else.

      That takes work and so you can only really do it well
      in a smaller number of niches.

      Plus you can build some big lists in a small number of
      niches instead of building tiny lists in a lot of niches.

      Focus and leverage your efforts.
