Ideas and Suggestions Please - What would You Do with These Graphics?

I need some ideas about what I can do with my minisite graphics. There's a lot of ways to market something and I don't seem to have hit on the right formula for what I have just yet.

I have a graphics membership site and it's been doing fairly well but not great. The members I have seem to love my graphics but I need to either increase the membership or try an entirely different sales model.

To give you a better idea of what I have you can see samples of them here - (not a sales page).

Now - what can I do with those - and more like them?

Are any of these ideas any good?...

Rather than charging a monthly fee I could offer a one-time price for all of those graphics plus a one year (or lifetime) membership for more if there were enough people who would be interested. I could even make it a "crazy low" price if it would generate more interest.

Or - I could offer resale rights if there were enough marketers interested in reselling them.

Or - I could even offer leases to sell memberships with the seller keeping 100% of the income from their sales. David Vallieres did that with his "You Can Make a Living Online" membership site. David provided the content of the membership site every month and the people who bought the rights to sell memberships kept 100% of their sales.

Or - is there something else that would be better?

I'm open to any and all suggestions. I'm looking for something that lots of people will be interested in and benefit from - things work best when everyone wins.

Thanks!
Lynn

Yes, no doubt, offering a lifetime membership proves to be the best converting option compared to a monthly membership.

Yes, I'm sure you would find a ton of marketers that would be willing to purchase resale rights to your graphics.

This sounds more complicated than you need it to be... selling resale rights to your products should be enough to cover this idea...

Give some of your graphics packages away for free with the stipulation that the user must keep your "Powered By: yoursiteurl" intact.
This is a proven viral technique that should prove successful for you.

    Jared has some great suggestions.

There are two models I see: Membership (One-time Lifetime) and single design purchase. These two cart options would cover it.

I would offer it to affiliates before I would offer resale rights. I think resale rights would dilute your brand over time. Website graphics are generally in demand, so affiliates would have an interest I would think.

Hi Lynn: I loooove your graphics. I spend more time than I want to, trying to get my graphics right, or trying to explain to someone else exactly what I want. It looks like you really have a handle on what people are really looking for.

Are your graphics built in Photoshop?

Also, are you available to do custom mini-site graphics, and what is your fee? You can PM me if you prefer.

    Great looking graphics!
I'm always in need of quality graphics, but I probably wouldn't join a recurring membership site for them.
If you put together a package as a one time download and it was priced reasonably (around $100 or so), I'd probably buy it.

The reason is, if you hire someone to make header graphics and sales letter graphics, it will cost at least $150, so a package deal is well worth $100.

Another option would be to sell the original graphics (PSD's, PNG's, etc) to other graphic designers who wants to start their own header graphics business. You could in that case charge them a monthly fee to get access to your new designs that they could in turn sell to their clients.

That would be a solid $100/month product since it's more business to business.

    Lynn,
I really liked those graphics. I got your last WSO also which was great. Let me say that I liked all the ideas you gave above (especially a combination).

I like the idea of a one time price membership price, I like the idea of being able to resell each graphic package, I like the idea of making a commission off of reselling to the membership.
Now, here is what I would like to see also (this is for membership sites with a one time fee). The fee you usually pay is for the site material and maybe some added material each month so you keep members (but I already paid for lifetime, so no big deal. If the site has enough content, I don't even care that more is added.)
I want to see a special link or page (for offers) on a regular basis to get additional content. Say you have maybe different kind of graphics or even just more graphic packages or something related for a price if I choose to take advantage of it.
I am not talking about some big back end product that is expensive, but just monthly offers or something of value. That makes me wanna check on the membership site. But this is just my opinion.
I also see at least 5 or more possible WSO's here to put out just for the holidays. I see several potential WSO's for niches. Especially if you keep an eye out on the WSO section. When you see a niche WSO getting high results---pounce on it with one of your niche sites so it will be easier for them to take fast advantage of a hot niche.
The possibilities are many with the quality graphics you have Lynn.
    Just my 2 cents,
    Glenn

Thank you very much for the great feedback so far - I really appreciate it!

    I'm taking notes.

Everyone so far seems to be telling me that the monthly membership fee isn't such a good idea - that could be why things are not going as well as I'd hoped they would. I'll be changing that.

I get tend to get stuck on prices - how much would you suggest I charge for a one time membership?

Also - I'm still open to other ideas - any more suggestions?

    Thanks!
    Lynn
