What is the best way to sell my article packs

Hey guys, sorry my last thread I had started cam off misleading. I hadn't meant for that to happen but here goes.

I am creating new article packs every day and looking for the best way to sell them, both for me and the buyer(s).

Each pack contains 5 articles that are all based around a specific topic like acne, gardening, etc. I have 2 options for how to sell the packs:

1. I would sell each pack for a discount to warriors for say $5 and limit it to 30 sales.

2. I would sell each pack to 1 person only for $50 and they would be the only ones with access to the pack/articles.

My question is which would be better in your opinion. I want to limit the first option to 30 so that the articles don't get saturated and overused like a lot of other plr packs that you find online. Thanks in advance for any helpful advice

Word of caution - not good to start several threads about the same topic as it begins looking promotional. You asked about pricing before and had some excellent answers.

You posted you have a PLR site - and PLR seldom sells for $1/article. Few people would be interested in paying $10 each for articles where the niche and keywords were chosen by someone else. For that scenario you would be better off having people hire you to write the articles they need using the keywords they've chosen for their site.

What you need to do is run a WSO or post an ad in the classified or For Hire section and test your price points to see how it goes.

I would also recommend selling your article writing skills to those that need unique content. I hear it can be a very lucrative business if done correctly.

The second option is doable, but it's a trickier propostion.

It wouldn't work as a WSO, for instance, because you'd basically be making two bucks an article, but Constant Content actually works by doing both things at the same time; most articles are intially available with a unique license at a high price, and if someone buys it, that's it. But they also have the option where people buy a usage license (which negates the unique license) and it can resold.

It is something you could do, but you would need to have traffic going to a site looking for stuff already or you could have a list where you give people first crack at articles. But both are tricky, and probably are more trouble than they're worth if you're starting out.

In my experience, unless you're prepared to work for a long time with out pay offs, PLR production is tough. I've done very, very well when I was lucky enough to find a niche that was getting popular but didn't already have a lot of PLR already.

Specifically, I made several hundred dollars by selling alternative fuel PLR when the Water4Fuel product was cresting. I made more than 500 dollars for about five hours work, which isn't bad.

If there's an underserved niche you can find, you can do pretty well, pretty easily. Otherwise, PLR is more of a long game - if you build a clientele looking for what you're putting out, you can make regular sales.

If you're going to be selling here on the Warrior Forum, you're probably better off doing writing work for others. This doesn't mean working for five bucks an article. Writing is not a commodity, and trying to compete on price is a mug's game.

If you want to make money writing, here's what you do:

      1. Get good at writing. Now, you appear to have the goods on grammar and what not, judging from your posts, but it's also necessary to understand how to structure an article, understand what clients are looking for, and how to get clicks.

      2. Get some samples and some reviews, if possible.

      3. Sell yourself and what you can do for your client. I don't write articles for people to use as backlink fodder, and I charge accordingly, and I make it very clear that is why I charge what I do. Feel free to click my sig and look at my Warrior Ad - it's made me thousands this year.

Er, okay, this is way long, but hopefully semi useful.

i dont think people pay much for articles knowing that other folks will use them also.

Research a topic or niche to write the article pack about. Finding popular niches to write about is as easy as looking at the hot topics list for various search engines such as Google, Yahoo, and MSN. You can also use a keyword search tool to make a list of hot topics that people are searching for currently on the Internet.
Market the article pack to the Internet business owners who are likely to use it. There are various methods to do this that work. One option is to set up article pack sales on Ebay or other popular online auction sites.
